I gotta say, this game is really impressive for the NES! It almost feels like a 16 bit game

Nice to see it on the NES, its looks more like a nes game in design and spirit than 64, great work.

This is like pulling a reverse SMB1 on Nintendo, and I love it! Thank god everyone got to grab a copy before the legal department went feral.

Anyway, looks fantastic, sounds fantastic, and even though I already own a c64 cart, I'm definitely game for a PAL region NES cart!

Typical Kollschen. Just wow in every respect. A bit faster than C64, if I am not mistaken. Like!

This looks so insanely awesome!! The game is making the journey to its new home perfectly!

Just curious to know though if the game will be on 72-pin NES carts only, or will you consider a run of 60-pin Famicom sized carts as well? I ask because I don't have an NES anymore; just a Famicom.

I remember that the ColecoVision had a Mario clone that was called Squish 'Em Sam. Is this the same Sam that was from that game, out of curiosity?

NES already has a plethora of great platformers. Why sully the image in people’s minds of the C64 version with this?
It seems to have lost its charm in the conversion.
The game relies so much on the C64s characteristics, that it seems weird to try to shoehorn it on to another platform.
Instead do a version for the 64 with real REU support, to get the scrolling a bit smoother.

I know a lot of time has been sunk into the game design, and it seems a no-brainer to convert to the NES. But I don’t think it will find significant success on that platform.
There are a lot of other unexplored alleys on the Famicom/NES that could result in interesting games.
It’s stiffer hardware than the 64, almost geared towards platformers, so a lot genres and ideas have not been done, or done well there yet.

Please, make a PS4 version, I sold my C64 25 years ago. :(
