i would describe grief enjoyer as a cruel and humiliating piece of music. spending around 10 full minutes to pick the mind clean of hope and vigor just to leave in its wake a cold, nude barren wasteland. artisanally crafted misery with the perfect name to match.

my favorite part is the vague sound of birds chirping beneath the rising and rolling synths. never loud enough to really break through. it's as though peace is being held at such a distance that it comes across as no more than a ghost
