Kurds warn Turkey over inaction in Kobane

Fighting in the Syrian town of Kobane has had a major effect on neighbouring Turkey, with thousands demanding Ankara intervene and save residents of the besieged town. Kurdish politicians have warned if nothing is done, the fragile peace process between Turkey and the Kurds could collapse. Al Jazeera's Jamal Elshayyal reports from Diyarbakir.

The relations between Argentina and Turkey are sour since the Falkland War 1982 and they are getting sourer decade by decade, bypassing the 'archenemy' Britain since long and they have reached an all-time low due to Turkish racism and its apparent support of Wahhabi terrorism at Kurdish costs. The situation in Kobani resembles the Warsaw Uprising in 1944, when the Polish Home Army fought back against the Nazis. The Russian Army which was approaching Warsaw, decided to wait and let the Nazis crush the Home Army, before advancing. The  Russians knew that with the Home Army destroyed in Warsaw, there would be less organised opposition to eventual Soviet occupation of Poland. In 1944, the Soviet military was vastly superior to the German military. They could have helped the Poles.

In Kobani, the Turks(like the USSR), could help the Kurds(like the Poles) by allowing Kurdish fighters to  cross the border, or provide them with weapons. Instead, by allowing ISIS(like the Nazis) to crush the  Kurds, the Turks will strengthen their position in the region and their influence in Syria. The Turkish military is vastly superior to ISIS.

One can only feel shame about the heinous "strategy" of the coalition towards the Syrian kurds: Because we do not want to do some tough talk with that loud-mouthed pseudodemocrat from the Bosporus, we must ask you to really fight to the last breath. Because we do not want to ask Erdogan why he suddenly decided that an open border is not such a good thing after all or why he had been calling for intervention not even a year ago but is now the greast obstacle to the war effort, you have to fight like God damned Heros although even our Police in the US drives fucking APCs.
