I love your videos so much. I have a hip that hurts a lot because it is weak and the workouts and stretches on your videos really, REALLY help with making that pain go away. Plus, love the cats!

Hello, Alessia, another PERFECT classical-based shortie for us to use as part of our on-going efforts to achieve Dance Nirvana! I love your videos because they are not only a workout for the body, these movements demand the full engagement of the mind as well. Dear Alessia ! First of all thank you so much for the inspiration ! Your ballet workouts are an indispensable part of my sport routine ! So often i find them just perfect for practicing a bit of ballet, but most of all - when i am lazy to make a full workout :-D. I would like to make a suggestion - in case you are interessted in a feed-back : when i watch the video on a usual laptop from the distance of 1 meter (approx) and follow your movements, i can hardly distinguish your legs from the backround because of the similar colour obviously :-). I wear glasses normally, but not during sports, and i am not THAT blind actually :-D -So it makes it a bit difficult to see clearly how you move the legs. Could you please wear sth more contrasting o the background from the room ? :-) Hope you don't mind my remark. Thank you once again for your efforts and keep on inspiring us !!! <3

so I did day 1 of the 5 day at work and did this at home...any suggestions for cramps in the feet, the start in the middle and pointing becomes very painful
