Blazor Hosting Model: How to switch from inprocess to outofprocess IIS Asp net core. Out-of-process

It is tricky to see where the parameter for the hosting model is located, in fact the GUI of visual studio 2019 do not propose anything to do it

Out-of-process hosting with IIS and ASP.NET Core
AspNetCoreHostingModel must be set in csproj to OutOfProcess
In-process hosting is set with InProcess, which is the default value.
