Since Cody is a turtle and he acts like a human literally since Cody is like a humanoid turtle it kind of reminds me of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles because since Cody is a turtle and he walks on two legs and uses arms and he can talk like a human and speak full English I'm pretty sure he was like a normal turtle until he got mutated also he's 12 so he's almost a teenager. Cody Jr and Joseph are exactly like Donnie Leo Mikey and Raph from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles except they don't have father who is a rat named Splinter
