cleaning hack: sanitize silpats and teflon sheets in dishwasher

Here's a little cleaning hack that has been a lifesaver! 🆘💁🏻‍♀️ I absolutely hated washing silpats. You get it dirty again when you flip it over in the sink. It's always got a layer of grease on it. 😝

I try to use my dishwasher for everything now because cottage kitchens require a sanitizing solution for hand washed items. And who has time for that?? 🤣 I'd rather go to bed. 🛌🏻😴
