AWS Summit Berlin 2023: Streamlining Manufacturing Reports at Volkswagen Group

Managing and aggregating data from multiple factories in different regions can be a daunting task, especially when legacy systems and diverse processes are involved. Volkswagen Group faced similar challenges with legacy systems in each factory, resulting in unnecessary costs and operational burden.

By exploring AWS, the Volkswagen Group initiated the AWS Data Lab Build Lab to focus on building a working prototype, which was refined with AWS.

The end result is a consolidated and accurate multi-regional reporting system that will benefit all 40 Volkswagen Group factories. Join us to learn how this project was successfully implemented, and the lessons learned from this journey.
