Gear shift isn't just speed, its speed manipulation through shifting between the gear levels. This for example, allows Deku to achieve possibly supersonic speeds and break safely.

Characterization of gear shift is wrong. Allows him to accelerate or decelerate himself or another. In practice this allows him to hit harder or decrease the power with which an enemy can hit him.

Big thing about Danger Sense though. Both the user and the opponent have to be hostile and see each other as a real threat, seen when Midoriya and Toga fight and Danger Sense doesn't activate because Toga doesn't see him as a threat and, in her mind, isn't being hostile. Danger Sense is a very weird quirk. Maybe I'm getting some facts wrong but I'm pretty sure that the "see each other as a threat" thing is mostly correct, like 90%.

There is technically 8, the transferring quirk which allows him to transfer the quirk to another user and the stockpiling quirk

The charge up mechanic for Fa Jin is pretty interesting.
All you have to do is make the same motion more than once and it charges up. Meaning if you throw ten punches in a row the eleventh one will be the actual Fa Jin attack.
But it has to be the EXACT same movement. So if you throw three punches but you unclench your fist during the fourth, it resets the charge and you have to start over again
