Patch testing pro over here. Also PSA, patch test not just new formulas but new colors when it comes to cosmetics. I’ve been burned by an eyeliner, worn several other colors in the same line for years, got one for a Halloween costume, didn’t patch test it thinking I’d already patch tested the formula, and guess who ended up with itchy swollen eyelids? Apparently the formula is just different enough on that color that it was a no go.

Highly informative! That part of the inner arm usually got tiny warts I noticed. Wouldn't t put a product in there to then use it elsewhere.

It might tell you if it will irritate your skin but it won't tell you if you might break out from it lol

I have a really big birthmark on my left cheek/neck so I never get nervous patch testing around it because if my skin gets red or irritated it just kinda looks like my birthmark got bigger for a day or two lol

How to patch like... everyone else. It's clearly stated on every info leaflet how to do a skin patch test. This is not an attack on your short, Cassandra, but I just can't believe there are people who wouldn't know how to do this in the internet age 🤦🏻‍♀️
