SPLASH MOUNTAIN CLOSING DAY INSANITY! CLOSED FOREVER! What Happened On Its Final Night!

Splash Mountain has officially closed at Walt Disney World and we were there all day to experience all of the madness that occurred throughout the day! We were there at rope drop to see the stampede of guests running to the attraction. We saw the FOUR HOUR wait. We even got to watch the final guests ever to ride Splash Mountain enter the queue for the last time. Splash Mountain is closing to make way for Tiana's Bayou Adventure!

Splash! That was a wild crowd. Thankfully not in a violent wild, just a whole lot of people. Applause crowds are my favorite type of crowd. What an awesome way to send off the last riders.

This ride always reminds me of my dad and all the amazing times we had riding it as kids.I can still see his face and hear him laughing. He pasted suddenly 7 years ago far too young.
I will be bringing my four kids to Disney in 5 weeks so we just missed the closing. I’m super sad I won’t be able to show my boys the ride I was telling them all about, that granddad loved so much. So Thank you for such a lovely last day and visit with Splash mountain, it had me crying the whole time🥰
