Another point is that in the European / UK market the packs would be €99 or £99 - there isn’t a currency converter so it’s ever worse value for non US customers, same in SWGOH

This fuels my need for lord of the rings and while yes it’s dry it’s very young in it’s life. I will never like monetizing it. Any improvements are always good too it shows they listen when they do…

I’m actually enjoying it. Had SWGOH as my main game for over 6yrs, dabbled with a few others, and it’s nice to have a new toy. Yeah it’s basic as hell at the moment, but I hope they’re just leaving themselves plenty of room to add stuff. I’m sticking with it.

Most underwhealming global launch ever! I agree totally, when I play HOME, I after check the calender that its 2023 and not 2005. Other gachas give loads of freebies, promo codes and special offers in first week. This game a laughable $100 pack. Its not great is it?

Gonna be honest, the Graphics of the games seem, to me, as a step down from The Lord of the Rings Online. A game, still in development, which came out in 2007...

As a F2P veteran of collector games like this I’ve been having a lot of fun. I’m f2p so expensive offers don’t even register on my radar. I haven’t had many issues at all. I’ve only had to restart from freezes maybe twice. I was only in menus so it didn’t negatively impact my experience.

It’s bare bones now sure but…I expected it to be? I’m only level 27 even if there was more to do I don’t think I would be able to engage with it anyway.

The teams we have and the actual gameplay is pretty fun so I’m excited to see it grow

Graphics are a bit yikes. Art style is fine but it just feels really low resolution and kinda muddy and ugly

Only bugs I have experienced were characters merging on one spot in the gear upgrade screen, frozen load times. Also currently my challenge supplies has nothing in it today.

I started playing at the Australian launch, and got the Frodo tutorial bug. stopped playing and thought maybe 10 days later they would have launched a hotfix. but nope - still stuck.

Sucks that they presumably pulled resources away from SWGOH and let that game fester into autopilot where all they have to do is update datacrons and scamquest... and this is the result. Like, did they actually move anything away from SWGOH for this or did we just assume that they would?

They don't understand how important graphic quality is in obtaining/retaining players. It's the main thing that has kept me playing Raid Shadow Legends for 3 years.

Tried it, after less than an hour of gameplay I'm stuck because of the tutorial where they want me to gear up Frodo by simming battles and it sends me back to his gear and I'm softlocked. I really hopes they scrap the game with another art style. But I think I'm already asking too much

Emperor! Something to fill in some knowledge on the graphical design choice. It was brought up in one of Tauna's early videos that the Tolkein Estate "requested" that they base the art on J.R.R's original water color art for Hobbit and LoTR. The fact that it's unpolished and choppy isn't excused, but at least there's an answer as to why it didn't get a more realistic look
