This video brought back so many memories for me… I still remember the Tamagotchi, Skip-It, Bop It, Furbies and so much more. Tech Deck’s and Go Go’s as well (I think they were called Go Go’s lol they were very small)

Pogs were awesome back in the day. I have a load still in my attic i kept as a memory, along with Pokemon cards.

I had SO many virtual pets as a teenager, lol. I also had the Talkboy Pen because it was a multipurpose toy, I could write AND record stupid things.

Skip-It was the only athletic thing I was ever genuinely good at. If I could've gotten away with it I'd just do that in place of gym class.

Ahh yes my childhood. I can pretty much remember what trend happened every single year when I was in school. First it was power ranger stuff, then pogs, then pokemon

Some that come to mind right away:

Zbots
Original Crazy Bones
Skannerz

Those are some I played with a ton as a kid.

Zbots were like robot type figures. Some articulated and some weren't, they actually have a pretty interesting storyline for them. I might be wrong but I think there was a comic book about them?

Crazy Bones had a relaunch in the early 2010s as Gogos Crazy Bones but they just weren't the same to me. Trash Pack was another more recent one that was similar. They were called Hielocos in Spanish countries I believe. McDonalds even made some bigger ones for Happy Meals. I still have a bunch.

Skannerz were really cool, it was an LCD electronic game where you scan barcodes to generate a monster and you can battle or capture it. They made a few different lines of it like a racing one, Dragon Ball, and even Yu-Yu Hakusho.

Speaking of the Talk-Boy, does anyone else remember its competition toy called the Yak-Bak?

"Moon Shoes" most definitely did NOT deserve to stick around. Those things were super crappy. Basically, sprained ankle in a box. I got them for Christmas and the first time I used them they broke and sent me straight to the asphalt.

I miss Tamagotchis! They were so much fun and a huge deal when I was in early elementary school. Still find them quite charming.

Most of these came out when I was an adult, but I remember them, I have 2 funny stories about Ferby, the first I was in the Army when they came out, and had a buddy who's name was Ferby and he joked about it, second when my nephew who is 18 now was about 2 years old and was terrified of Animatronics saw that I got a Ferby and when I opened it and it started to talk he freaked out, than started to chew it out.
