I have this exact issue and everything you have said has really hit home. I have always thought my S1/L5 back issue has been linked to my feet too. I think I have a deformity in my talus calcaneous, but all of my treatment/ investigation has been in my MPJ. This video is amazing. Is there a study or document I can pass onto my surgeon please to explain your thesis ???
