I think Belinda sounds closer to Whitney’s voice I listened without looking at them and can tell the difference but both are very good

Very close but Belinda has an exact matching voice. Both are amazing if Belinda was not signing I would say Glennis all the way. Her voice is much stronger but not exactly like Whitney. Whitney voice is identical to Belinda’s.

I saw Belinda live in Cape Town on 2 Wow!! Se pulls it off quite elegantly and with relative ease. I have not seen Glenn but this is not a fair comparison on the grounds of the 2 very different platforms in the said videos

I think for me, it's the total package to be the best impersonator. It's supposed to remind of the person, keeping their legacy alive where you can see it, feel it, hear it. Belinda has this. Glennis does NOT remind me of Whitney but she sounds great. Belinda reminds me of Whitney and also sounds great. So I pick Belinda for closest to Whitney's looks, mannerisms, and singing.
