I have had around 20 concussions in my life. I was getting strong symptoms of CTE/Parkinson's 10 to 15 years ago. From what I read, there were no solutions except possibly meditation. I then made it a goal to reach 10, 000 hours of meditation and to keep going. My symptoms have decreased dramatically but not perfect. I am hoping one day, the symptoms will disappear.
