I've tried it on XS MAX, but currently in 2022 it's not working for ios 15.2. Restore was successful as usual, but truetone still won't turn on. Looks like that way will only work for ios 15.1 and below.. Please update for this bug JCID....

Is it possible to transfer true tone from the original apple screen to another refurbished genuine apple screen? Or does the new screen have to be an aftermarket screen?

hi bro. I tried it on my iphone xr. iOS 15.2. I followed all the ways in the video, but it still doesn't work on my iphone xr. Restore was successful in jc v1s but true tone still doesn't work like in your video.

that was helpful but you used the same screen throughout isn't the whole point to change screens and restore True Tone switching the screens should not of been overlooked and the importance of which flex cables should be reattached etc
