Dubai (دبي) is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the capital of the Emirate of Dubai.

Located in the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula on the coast of the Persian Gulf, Dubai aims to be the business hub of Western Asia. It is also a major global transport hub for passengers and cargo. Oil revenue helped accelerate the development of the city, which was already a major mercantile hub. Dubai's oil output made up 2.1 percent of the Persian Gulf emirate's economy in 2008. A centre for regional and international trade since the early 20th century, Dubai's economy relies on revenues from trade, tourism, aviation, real estate, and financial services. According to government data, the population of Dubai is estimated at around 3,400,800 as of 8 September 2020.

Creo que ya se dijo todo lo que se tenía que decir de Dubai: a algunos les puede gustar por lo mastodontico de sus edificios, que recuerdan a esas peliculas futuristas de la década de 1950 y a otros simplemente no, por su apiñamiento abigarrado de rascacielos, dejando poco espacio para la arquitectura historicista y clásica que acostumbramos ver en Europa y Estados Unidos.

Dubai te impresiona, no cabe duda de ello, pero a veces lo imponente no siempre es sinónimo de elegancia y clase!

I think it would be great idea too if you went to drive in underdeveloped country or slums.

Duburbanization should be criticized with the same zeal Brusselization was subjected to. very ugly urban set up. Put Dubai side to side with let's say Istanbul or Singapore and you'll all see the importance of balance between natural and built environment.

I don't know what people do there in that hot country. If it's for watching skyscrapers, the United States of America is considered the best of all. If it's for sea tourism, Malaysia has an irresistible charm. If it's for work, there is none in Dubai. Any work. What matters is the money you will spend in that country, as if you were throwing it in the trash.

Best city in the world. Dubai is my favourite city. It so beautiful. Not a single city on this planet will ever be as good as dubai, not even close. Dubai is clean, has good hot weather, the people are nice and it's rich and good for shopping and beaches.

Fly over the north pole with a private pilot and a private jet and take pictures please. There is supposedly a 400 mile wide hole in the north pole leading into the earth to a network of cities called Agartha. WE NEED YOUR RESEARCH
