Slime Rancher 2 is BRUTAL

For such a cute game, Slime Rancher really can be brutal at times. lol

Gordo Slimes are formed when many slimes merge in a place and become one, big and immobile slime, usually guarding ancient keys, (first game only i think) teleporters, (first game only) launch pads, (second game only) and a bunch of crates!

now, you may be asking, what the plort is a Party Gordo?
Party Gordo is a special Gordo that appears every weekend and dissapears after (starts friday and continues through the entire weekend) . in appearance, Party Gordo is a pink gordo with a party hat and star glasses, there is nothing special about the Party Gordo's Pink slimes, but the Pink slimes will have the same accesories the gordo had!
i popped a Party Gordo about ten times. The Party Gordo drops the same amount crates, but... these crates only drop ornaments and nothing else, each Party Gordo will drop around 5 to 11 party crates.
EDIT: Yeah i know you guys correctin’ me, im no Slime Rancher expert, just some ordinary man learning speedrunning. Been playing for quite a while (5 years) but i still have much to learn.
Yes, you get more crates in the first game. plus, Party Gordos dont spawn in the second game!

LMAO it explains it in the first game! The gordo doesnt die, its just a bunch of slimes fused together. When it eats too much, the slimes get to separate and live their slimy lives in peace :)
