@dastallion420951 Well, you're actually wrong. A centrifugal supercharger has a turbine, but unlike a turbocharger it is not driven by exhaust, but by a belt from the crankshaft. And this sounds like a centrifugal supercharger.

@carboy744 well if you also look at the inside of a turbo the turbine is also considered on the hot side of the turbo, a supercharger technically has a turbine because of the compressor side of the supercharger, trust me man im quite knowledgable about cars. so technically you were wrong, as well as right. Proper wording so you dont confuse some people haha

@dastallion420951 Awesome. How is 400hp on the streets? 300whp is OK, because all the power comes quite insantly because of the superscharger. But I still want a turbo setup(With a lot of pressure, and a lovable BOV). Then it will be easier to get more out of it. Mine is on 98 octane, pump gas. Normally there is only 95 octane here in Norway, tho. I understand, lol. And what is more tragic than to argue on youtube, or on the internet at all.

@dastallion420951 I see. But what does that have to say? If it's on the cold side? The point was that it sounded like a turbo because there is a turbine involved. Lol. I hope you understand that I think this is a little bit funny? Nice, evo's are cool. My 330i has arround 300whp now(231hp stock). I'm considering switching to a turbo setup, but I don't know where I can get a good setup. And btw, I'm not that kind of interested in continuing "arguing" with you.

@carboy744 oh that is true, but i cant think off the top of my head if ive ever come across a supra, an m3 a few times not hpf tho, but mine wasnt tuned so tuner put into the ecu not to let me go wot. Havent raced a gtr or any bikes at all...never see them maybe its my bad luck. but got tuned with wrong plugs in and fixin one more issue made 410 hp 342 tq....so next week goin back for new plugs and some race gas to diagnose a possible phantom knock issue. but pulls real hard now i like it haha

@carboy744 at least you guys get 98 or 95 octane, i live in california USA, man our 91 is shit compared to other states with better quality 91 or 93 at the pump, plus my area hits 100s in summer time barely startin to drop to 80-90s now, yup superchargers are nice for that tq hit, but top end might be better for a turbo or a centrifugal supercharger haha, 385 in a evo is fun, dont wanna brag but 80% of the cars i come across i smash, unless a vette or equivalent wants to run then its fun. haha

@carboy744 well thats cool 300ish is fun for the streets, me i have currently 385 on 91 octane, and its goin back for a re dyno tune tomorrow with a bunch of more parts installed. so hopin for 420-450 on pump gas. Thats good I dont like arguin, but I do like to correct people. So dont mean to come off like a dick, but what can I say you cant tell peoples tones on here typin ..haha
