Chelsea complete signing of Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid on a 7-year-deal

Joao Felix completes a permanent move to Chelsea from Atletico Madrid. Fee is understood to be £42m fixed plus £4.3m in add-ons, which could make the deal eventually worth in excess of £46m.
