Hi Bernie, thanks for mentioning this opportunity. Where do I find that the test net validator will get 1500 USD in SOL per month if meeting the criteria? I didn´t find it in the links you mentioned.

Hi Bernie, I just read on Medium "The Solana foundation only onboards 100 new validators a week onto the Testnet . The backlog is such that one can expect to wait upwards of 6 months before their Testnet validator get staked." Can you confirm? If yes, than Break-even will be not less than one year. Considering the effort for setting up and maintain the server it is more likely about 1.5 year. What do you think about it?

Hi Bernie, I´m just configuring the Edgevanaserver as a Testnet Validator on Solana. Are there any best-practise configurations available for server like the disk space like type, number and size of partitions - i.e. for x GB for OS, y GB for Ledger, z GB for Accounts, n GB for Home, ...? Or are the Solana certified Server configured as best-practise and we can start with installing the solana CLI?

This is probably a silly question, but you mentioned the Solana you receive is locked for a year, this really isn't a problem for me. My question is, can it be staked while locked and earn the staking rewards?
