Robotic grinding with Fanuc CR-15iA

At the beginning, it was big challenge again as a request for robotic grinding of low series of stainless steel parts. After a demanding process of testing and development, we have developed a solution that is represented by the FANUC CR-15iA robot in combination with the FS-15iA force-torque sensor, which ensures constant pressure. We designed and developed the RT 750FT grinding tool in-house. In order to easily guide and learn new trajectories, the robot is guided by a joystick, which reduces the difficulty of programming new products.
