I’m curious to know your opinion, with the change of employer will you roll Jacobs previous 401k into his new 401k with new employer? Or is that even how it works? I’m just curious how this typically works.

You should probably block out your house equity amount as people can easily work backwards from the equity and mortgage to get your house value which you’re trying to keep private…

Peter picking out the gift for Jack is so sweet! I am just curious.. you haven't mentioned it before but do you raise him to believe in Santa or is he already aware that all gifts are from you and your family?

It's good to set money aside for taxes but with the addition of another child you will probably get an additional child tax credit so you might not need it. Also, don't forget to see if you qualify for a childcare credit (preschool fees while you work)

Just out of curiosity, would Jacob feel comfortable sharing how many jobs he applied for/interviewed for? It might be helpful to know what we'd be in for if we lost our jobs and needed to reenter the workforce at this time. Last time I applied for a job was 5 years ago so I wonder if it's harder/easier now!

Can you talk about how to find a high interest savings account and the differences between online only banks and in person banks? I'm seeing higher rates for online only banks but that scares me to just send off my money online haha
