Darryl is also divorced with a kid and so is Meredith and even Stan at some point. Michael doesn't hate any of them.

Creed breaks the fourth wall because he actually brings up his past as a member of the Grass Roots. Which is the band the real Creed Bratton played in. He is literally a real life person observing the antics of fictional people. It's kind of amazing.

There’s absolutely nothing about Jim’s character that would make us believe he cheated on Pam. Does this guy even watch the show?

If you look at the episode "Take your daughter to work day", you see Michael is very kind to Toby's daughter. This is because he wants to be kind to another child with divorced parents.

Kevin doesn't open up his own bar! He explains in the show that the owner owed him so much that instead he decided to make him a partner!

The line where Nellie says that Jim is having an affair is a setup for a later joke, and also happened before Jim moves to Philly

For the Kevin being smart one, you should have put in the bit where they ask him to divide pies instead of numbers and he can do crazy equations in his head

Their was a deleted scene in the finale where they explained that after the doc aired, it became a thing to buy Kevin a drink, so he racked up such a big credit, that it was easier to make him a partner
