Interesting . . names .. Can you show it this way .. like A-B-C-D = A-40 names, B-30 names, C-50 names, D-32 names, and to have 1 spot where you type a name . and it highlights names that you've typed . and for the names not type to be placed in the same spreadsheet.? how can i do this.??? .. I have Excel MS 365 and it worked for this version. However, how do alphabetize last names that use a hyphen?
For example...Vallier-Gammon, Excel puts Gammon in alphabetical order first and not Vallier.
