Ashburn = Cashburn. It is pricey.
Since there is no 'town' of Ashburn, as VA is mostly organized at the county, who decided that One Loudoun when the built it a few years ago, would be 'Ashburn' instead of some other name like Dulles or Sterling? Does the same apply to Kincora, which is being built now?
