The mints in his left hand. While he's fiddling around in is pocket he is clearly sliding the headphone cord through the hole in the mint. You can even see at the very beginning of the video that his neck is glued and folded over. This is done in an attempt to make the wire look like it's going through his neck. It's a good trick when done by a professional. Something he is definitely not!

You can literally see the glue on his neck, That’s how he was able to make it look like the headphones were in his neck...But this guy is funny and I liked watching his videos he doesn’t take his tricks seriously anyways he mostly exposes them or just doesn’t really try.
