This is such a wonderful discussion that highlights that Filmmaking is more than a vocation... it is a lifestyle, and it reflects who you are and who you aspire to be. I'm truly grateful for AOD and the insights you both share so authentically.

Michael is an exceptional director; I appreciate his attentive listening and valuable advice. Missing out on their Zoom workshop would be a loss. Mark, the same genuine person you see on YouTube, possesses a remarkable heart. Not everyone is blessed with the skillset of Mark Bone 🫶🏽

The fast food metaphor is the perfect explanation. Whoever came up with that needs some sort of award.

I love the business partnership / relationship you two have, and hearing how you discuss it.

I love your more philosophical conversations.

I love the community you’ve built, the team you’ve built (Kim, Landan, Lewis!), and how good you both are at teaching more generally.

I just love all of this. Thank you for being awesome.

Stumbled across you guys a few weeks ago and have been consuming everything. Just heard the best quote from Michael. I want to be a good father a good husband and a good filmmaker. I love the simplicity and clarity of that.

This is helpful. An open and honest discussion about film making. Perhaps more helpful than you think, even? I’m one of the 1% who listenen in until the end. I am indeed looking forward to another video podcast. Soo much to learn and dive into.
