I have 1 of these in my appartment which I'm doing up before I move to my house, but I have 3 red wires, 1 looks like it goes through the wall to the bedroom. The other 2 look like they cone from the ceiling. What I can't make out is which goes to the COM & which 2 goes to the L1. I did take a photo of it ages ago to help but I can't find it.
Could you help please?

Switch naming conventions in the electrical industry still confuse me, but that might be because I come from the electronics industry where we have a sensible name in convention

I have L1, L2 and L in a one gang switch any idea what that means?

If you don’t know this, screw the plate back on the wall very carefully, and call an electrician 😂
