Moscow says it has changed its nuclear doctrine following America's decision to allow Ukraine to strike inside Russia using US long-range missiles.

Sky News military analyst Prof Michael Clarke says the whittling away of the nuclear arms control regime means Vladimir Putin's threats are now "more reckless".
