Barking neighbor dog lady isn't a Karen. She clearly had a chip of frustration on her shoulder when she arrived. She didn't get extra huffy until the home owner confirmed the dog was fine/ not in distress. They just don't care. Who knows how long she's been suffering that annoying yapping. Can't say I blame her frustration. NTA. Letting your dog bark itself hoarse, definitely the A.
