Charming and comfortable
'La Veneloise' is a charming little stone house from the 18th century, not overlooked, restored and furnished with care. The owner living within walking distance is available for excellent hospitality and all necessary information. Lovers of authenticity will appreciate this real cozy little nest. On the ground floor is the entrance hall, the bathroom, the 1st kitchen, table and small seating area, and the 2nd room. The spaces are open, except the bathroom. All rooms have at least one window.

The cottage is about 60 metres from the owners' house with several large trees in between that add privacy. A large carpark area is shared with the owners. Entering the front door to the cottage takes you into the kitchen which features a ceramic hob, full-size electric oven, fridge, microwave & dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious bathroom with a full-size bath and separate walk-in shower. From the kitchen 4 steps lead down to the living area and a cosy sleeping area. French doors in the living room open onto a decked patio under the boughs of a large walnut tree. Beyond that, your private garden dotted with cherry, pear and plum trees.
