I love how you stay "behind" the ball with your upper body. This is a goal for me as I tend to go over the ball and often hooking it and producing a low trajectory...

There are a lot of really great youtube golf channels, but after binge watching your videos, in my opinion you are the best at really making it clear on what is really happening. I’ll call this day 3 of the Steve Pratt Era of my golf hobby.

Greetings from New Zealand. I can’t thank you enough steve. Since i have been following your channel in the last few months My driving distance has increased by about 30yds easily and often find the fairways. And i have never been a good irons player but i am nailing them with accuracy too. My fairway woods is my weak point so i am looking forward to putting this lesson into practice.

Great video Steve, thanks. How should I go about finding the right driver? Is there some methodology to this?

Hi! Back to practice then to course, your drills already added 20 yards to my drives. That makes me diligent (hope thats the proper word) to your videos. Thanks and please keep on... I would not say no to some extra yardage again!

Hi steve, I have been watching your instruction now for about 2 months and have improved from your teaching ideas. The other day I watched another youtube instruction that has helped me a lot on getiing on plane. It was about hitting an imaginary ball with the shaft about halfway down in the swing to get to parallel and not worrying so much about the head of the club making contact. What are your thoughts and have you heard about this technique. Has worked for me so far. thanks for all your videos I look forward to them.

Really great stuff Steve. I recently subscribed to your channel and really am enjoying learning how to use the lower body as the engine for the golf swing. One of the things you reiterate over and over again is planting the lead foot and then returning the left hip to the chair. I noticed after planting the lead foot the heel tends to spin back. I do this as well. My pro is trying to eliminate this. What are your thoughts? Thanks and keep posting.

Love your videos Steve. Maybe you could help me with one issue I'm having. When I play the ball forward in my stance, I tend to hit a pull hook. Impact is often out on the toe of the clubhead. What adjustment should I focus on to get the clubhead moving down the target line when I have the ball teed high and forward? Thanks (p.s.) I've been a scratch golfer since the 80's, but at 56 and 5 foot 6 inches tall I've lost some relative distance. I average around 100 mph clubhead speed. I do mange to swing up around 5 degrees to carry it over 240 and get decent distance in normal conditions but when it's soft out, I get nothing.

One needs proper golf shoes to turn more faster.

Biggest mistake I see in people driving is ball position. It's always too close to the center of the stance and they can't square the club face at impact without some sort of manipulation and it's either slice or rope hook.
