Ive been using different sounds to help me sleep nightly for the last six months. Luckily i came across, felt a huge benefit from and subscribed to your station! Thank you from the depths of my soul for researching and coming up with a solution that works for me. Something about what you have put together here...grips me and pulls me into a trance like sleep, its neat... I feel like im still semi aware of whats going on in my room, i often dream of whatever has been on my mind lately and when its time to get up...i notice myself in a conversation with someone or with myself letting them or, myself know i have to get up and I'll be right back. Then once im up...often near 230am for some reason... I feel explorative and put sweats on to go sit outside for a few mins... Then i make my way back to bed almost a bit off balance knowing that another adventure is waiting for me as soon as i lay back down. I dobt know why this channel has given me a different experience but its pretty cool, thank you. Is there anyway to explain or sonething i should study the different experience?

Enceladus prevents me from entering anywhere too deep including my own reactions to things.
Neptune brings me into a heightened state of alertness where I am able to manage 'the frenzy'.
I don't remember what Miranda did. The why of which disturbs me deeply.
