What happened to that game from a few years back where it ended with a drone landing like a bird onto the protagonist’s shoulder?

Don't get me wrong, all these indie games can be great on their own merits, but it's a little bit too saturated with FPS games.
The ones that stand out to me though are Faaast Penguin, Squirrel with a Gun and Atomfall. These games have good potential to be great.
