I had the distinct honor of knowing him personally through his wife's family, met him at a handful of family events. Never been much into wrestling so I don't know much about his wrestling career, but as a friend he was a truly incredible man. Despite only seeing him a few times I feel his loss quite heavily, he will be sincerely missed. Rest well my friend.
