I love this song. It can mean so much to so many people going through so many different things. It can tap into your anger, your sadness, or your remorse. For me, it's continuously made me conscious to all the different facets of my grieving process of the breakup. At first I was sad, so this song explained my desire to regretfully give space to my ex. When I was angry, it made me feel justified in my disgust at how things ended, how mad she had to see me, and my self-anger for letting things escalate in a selfish way. For the remorse side of things, this song almost brings a unity aspect to how we both reluctantly, but necessarily have to give each other space and think of how we both might want to behave when we see each other again, but also what we both wish could've been and what could still be... Without beaching the other person's or [even] our own boundaries. Do we extend those boundaries for the person we love and possibly create a life only seen in romantic novels? Ooor...do we never chance it in a belief that someday we'll meet someone else who makes us feel just as strongly, just as confidently, love for who we are, and for loving them for everything they are?

My stepbrother/bestfriend for life OD and passed away last year. He loved MoD son and mgks music alot. I wish he could have lived to hear this I wish he could have lived a fully healthy life and I hope these two guys get themselves together one day. Their music is a blessing man.
