👉 Science-proven HAPPINESS HACKS | #shorts
Показать описание
We’re fortunate to have access to a lot of guidance about what it is that can help us feel more positive when life feels too heavy…
And when you start to explore some of the positive psychology and mental health research, there’s a very clear theme that shines through…
‘Happy’ isn’t something you are…
It’s something you do.
It’s a set of actions or behaviors that, when consistently applied or followed, actually have a positive impact on your subjective wellbeing… It makes you feel happier and more positive.
👉 Here are 4 science-backed Tips you can apply:
1️⃣ Surround yourself with positive people (Shin, 2022).
2️⃣ Regularly express Gratitude (Wood et al., 2010).
3️⃣ Do something kind for someone (Otake et al., 2006).
4️⃣ Exercise (Zhang & Chen, 2019).
(Caveat - if you’re really struggling, please reach out for professional support. You’re never alone. 🧡)
NOTE: Now of course, none of this is new - it's already been shared by ancient philosophers and the world's great religions... Science is only recently catching up 😛
