The problem is not rate it is overprice. As long as it is overpriced who bought it will get trouble a lot harder than mortgage such as high taxes, maintanance, insurance etc

Does it count as a catch if it hits the ground? I love this analogy, as it seems that some of the trends are lagging, higher inventory again and flat home values, in order to catch the ball just before the ground we would need to have these things following some sort of trend and clearly they are not following the common trend (i.e. inventory up prices down, or rates up prices down). Love your insights as always! The sun will come up August 18th agents we got this!
