As always, thanks for the tips! :) Another solution is to paint very precisely on the dust spot with the local correction tool and then try to cancel the effect of the spot by increasing exposure or blacks or reducing contrast. Depending on the shape of the spot it can almost make it disappear, and will not generate strange artefacts on moving subjects.

Thank you for your tuitions, you explain things clearly & make life easier. I purchased LRT a while ago & have enjoyed creating basic lapses using it. Keep up the good work,
.

Thank you for that, I cloned out a dust spot on sandy colored ground in a motion controlled time lapse, it looked like a ghost of the cloned area moving across the time lapse. I'll see if I can use this technique. To save a lot of trouble in post it is best to check your sensor for sure.

Great Video as always. I have been able to remove dust spots easily afterword in DaVinci resolve with the Patch Replacer, Which you can track over time took. it took me 1 min to solve a problem with a persistent dust spot That I could not remove when cleaning the camera's sensor.

Thank you for the tips! So the clarity and dehaze slider is non-linear but is linear inside the LRT range mask / linear filter?

Thanks a lot¡
You could remove sensor dust spots using Premiere or After effects.👍

Gunther, if I use a grad filter with one of your presets on the first key frame it will stay throughout all key frames? I notice when I open second key frame after syncing with script it doesn’t show anything selected in the fraudster filter on next key frame like other sliders etc.

Hallo Gunter
