Journey Feeling That Way with Lyrics in Description

Показать описание
Track 2 from their fourth studio album “Infinity” released in 1978 copyright Columbia Records. It was recorded at His Masters Wheels in San Francisco and Cherokee Studios in Los Angeles. It was their first album with lead vocalist Steve Perry and the last with original drummer Aynsley Dunbar. Producer Roy Thomas Baker was instrumental in forging Journey’s sound with multi-tracked harmonies, similar to what he had already done on the five albums he’d produced for Queen. The song “Patiently” was dedicated to Lynyrd Skynyrd, whose tragic plane crash occurred while they were recording. The album received above average reviews, reachiing No. 22 in Canada and No. 21 on the Billboard chart. It achieved Gold status in a few months and was certified 3X Platinum in 1989. Written by Steve Perry, Gregg Rolie & Aynsley Dunbar and produced by Roy Thomas Baker. Featuring:
Steve Perry – Lead vocals
Neal Schon – Lead, rhythm & acoustic guitars & background vocals
Gregg Rolie – Keyboards & background vocals, co-lead vocals on “Feeling That Way” & “Anytime”
Ross Valory – Bass & background vocals
Aynsley Dunbar – Drums & percussion
Opened my eyes to a new kinda way
All of the good times that you saved
Are you feelin', you feelin' that way too?
Or am I just, am I just a fool?
When the summer's gone, she'll be there
Standin' by the light
Once she's been to where she's gone to
She should know wrong from right, is she feelin'?
Are you feelin', you feelin' that way too?
Or am I just, am I just a fool?
A new road's waitin', you touched my life (whoa-ooh-oh)
(Soft and warm on a summer's night)
(You're the only one, I told you, the only one I love)
The lovely one (lovely one) I'm thinkin' of
When the summer's gone, she'll be there
Standin' by the light
Once she's been to where she's gone to
She should know wrong from right, is she feelin'?
Are you feelin', you feelin' that way too (whoa, oh, oh, oh)
Ya feelin' that way too?
When the summer's gone, she'll be there
Standin' by the light
Once she's been to where she's gone to
She should know wrong from right, is she feelin'?
(Whoa, oh, oh)
Whoa-ooh-oh-oh, is she feelin'?
(Feelin' that way)
Oh, my, my, oh-ooh-oh, oh
(Feelin' that way)
Oh-ooh-whoa-whoa (oh, oh, oh) oh-ooh-whoa-whoa, whoa-whoa-ooh-oh-oh
My, my, my-my-my, (ah, ah, ah) my, my, my, my, my-ooh-oh-oh
(Feelin' that way)
Whoa, ho-ooh-oh-oh, ooh-oh-oh
(Feelin' that way)
Whoa, ho-ooh-oh-oh, ooh-oh-oh
(Feelin' that way)
