Chase the Morning / Storyboard Animation / TLK

Wow. I'm in love with this song and especially in this musical. This idea bother me for about a year. And finally I'm not ashamed to show it^^
I have several ideas for the final draft and I still have not decided which is better.
- Kiara and her older sister. Daughter of Scar and Nala, whos for some reason left her own Pride and Kiara did not even know about her existence.
- Kiara and Zira. Why not? But the moment with the "eyes of the mother and the hair" a little does not fit. Well, in the previous version, too, in fact.
- Nala and Zira. Thats it! I made a coloring for that. Nala An accurate copy of her mother. So it seems to me, the interesting thing that zira could advise Her escape from the pride. She suggested Nala that she needed to flee and only so
she could escape the persecution of the king.. Zira did it because the scar was interested in the young lioness more than in her. After nalas escape, zira and the scar became close.
- Zira and Vitani. I also like this idea. Vitani is a daughter of a Scar and Nala. Zira lured Vitani to her side in a future war and set against the family.
- My own characters Tahira and.... Ancestor of AhadiX)

I think it's Zira and Nala. Zira tries to act like a friend or ally, so Nala won't know her true intentions. but Zira being a friend of Nala's mother would be interesting.

I know what others are saying but I think it should be Zira and Kiara, “I’m not supposed to talk to strangers” kiara isn’t because simba is a over protective father XD also Nala would have known Zira before she was banished

GOSH this is nice! The expressions and the poses are the perfect mix between sincerity, regret, confusion, and manipulation. The intense warm hues in the color segments also really enhance the scene. Well done!

Both the art and the song are really captivating and cool! The lyrics and the rhytm are really intense, I couldn't believe how great it sounded when I listened to them! The art really pleases my eye, it's amazing!

I just LOVE both Repo! The Genetic Opera and The Lion King, when I saw the title I was just thinking "Wow is this really what I think it is?!" Really liked this, thanks for uploading!

Пусть и прошло уже более 3 лет, но я всё ещё надеюсь, что вы однажды закончите этот аниматик, ибо сочетание этой песни из мюзикла и ваших идей просто невероятное! Особенно интригующе смотрится идея с Киарой и её старшей сестрой, чьим отцом был Шрам, как сама по себе, так и из-за поведения, манер и мелких жестов/движений львицы, очень напоминающих его, особенно в моменте с её взглядом на строчках "We have both been kept in bondage", ух, прям мурашки по коже.

This was beautiful; I’m unsure if the lionesses were based off of any of the canon lionesses, but personally was just looking at this as Shilo and Mag in lion form and enjoying the idea of a TLK version of Repo! The Genetic Opera 😂
