Learn to make a Paloma fast! Here's the recipe:
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Tequila
1-2 oz. Seltzer/Soda Water
Combine all ingredients, except seltzer, in a shaker
Shake over ice until chilled (about 10 seconds)
Pour into a highball glass
Top with seltzer
Garnish with a grapefruit slice
Enjoy!
