Creo Parametric - Middle Out Design | Assembly Modeling

Показать описание
This Creo Parametric tutorial video shows the Middle Out Design method, which combines Bottom Up and Top Down techniques. Middle Out is commonly used when packaging around a number of COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) components or legacy components that already exist. After these components are placed in an assembly, structural subassemblies are created with Skeletons and Data Sharing Features to reference the existing components.

I really like this technique a lot. I've never heard of it before but it looks like it has some significant use in cabling applications and mechanical structures for mechatronics systems. Thank you Dave for this great video

This is the area that currently i'm working with, with out knowing how to call this method thus i thank for this video.I have the habit to use copy geometry more often and in situations that is not the preferable option, due to limited time which results in lack of concentration. So this was a good reminder to take the time and think twice before every step. I'm very much looking forward to watch the continuation of this series.
