Playing a blue DW Performance Series 4 Piece Kit at Guitar Center (One Take, Drum Workshop, Ludwig Snare)

Testing out more drums, cymbals and sounds at guitar center. As always, all improv, one take, raw drum performance footage. This one was very interesting, AND SOUNDED INCREDIBLE! The setup included a 1960's 14" x 6" Ludwig supraphonic Chrome complete snare, running a coated Remo emperor head and a combination of Sabian Hand hammered High hats, a sabian aax ozone crash and a sabian b8x ride. This is an amazing hybrid rock setup all around!

SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON IF YOU ENJOY THESE GUITAR CENTER DEMOS AND JAMS. THE EMPLOYEES OF GUITAR CENTER ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WHEN I GO IN TO RECORD.

Nice one! Try to get those shoulders relaxed. For me, a relaxed body/core helps me feel the beat instead of thinking the beat. (you get me?) I am by no means an instructor, but using your fingers more for stick control is a good way to start relaxing. hands relax, arms relax, shoulders relax, then your core will relax and so on. Although your volume level might be higher than mine, and a tighter grip might be required.
Anyway, nice playing!
