Once you know the Hebrew alphabet, both to recognize the letters and to be able to write them in cursive, you can work with words in the original language. You can also learn to use an online interlinear Bible to identify verses that use the these Hebrew words.

wow jsut found this.... Ive been learning biblical Hebrew for a few months and have just got right into it. Im recognising and reading words, but am confused with puting together, strings of words. I really like how you are making the sentences and explaining the 'implied' words etc... This helps a LOT. Thanks you for the free materials and workbooks which are invaluable. Awesome. Great teaching style. I love the way you approach this, not as disconnected but as an integral part of scripture. Teaching Hebrew in conjunction with the scripture makes this subject not so daunting and tedious as the normal sterile academic approach to learning when you're inundated with minutiae and not anchoring it to the subject.

I most appreciate when you say that your passion is the scripture and the Hebrew language as a tool.

Thank you for a course like this. I have been slowly learning Hebrew for the last couple of years. The problem with the way its presented in most other places is its all in a grammar context. Thank you for teaching the usage of the language first. Now I'll have some context to put the grammar in. Excellent teaching method.
