Hello to my Arab Muslim brothers from around the world. Sending love from a Jew in Israel

I think that the answer most Israeli Arabs would give when asked abroad has a lot to do with avoiding conflict and/or their safety and much less with politics/ideology. BTW some Israeli Jews who have other citizenship prefer to avoid saying Israel when in countries where people are not so friendly to Israel.

When I was teaching in the Netherlands, I had an Arab girl in my class who was from Bethlehem and she would always say "Israel". Whenever she talked about going back to her family, she would say "in Israel", whenever she talked about shopping "in Israel". I'm not sure she had an Israeli passport or not. She was muslim but would not wear a headscarf either.

The Arabs of Israel seem much more happy

The only Arab Israeli I ever met was in Thailand. He said it was all politics and that he would not want his family to live anywhere except Israel. That surprised me.

There will be peace one day.. but we need the Italians to help. We need pizza, pastas, live football matches..

It's time we accept Israel as a reality of the middle east, so many Arabs live their as patriotic citizens, I am a Pakistani and I see no harm in accepting Israel, ofcourse I would want the Palestinians to get what they want as well, but in order to support Palestinians I think it is important we first accept Israel so a mutual trust can develop

As an American, when I would travel abroad, especially to the Middle East, if people asked where I was from, I would say "Canada." No one ever has a problem with Canadians.

The Arab Israelis I meet would usually mention they are Palestinians.

Corey you should consider investing in some microphones. This could be a really great channel for people learning both Arabic and Hebrew if the sound quality was better.

So, Arab women in Israel won't let you record them because of their religion and family, but you have no problem recording them in the west bank which I would assume would be more religious than Israel?

Wow, the responses are overall very positive.

These Arabs show a positive attitude similar to mine (a huge minority in my country), accepting the national identity instead of denying it. They speak pretty good Hebrew too! I wouldn't know if they were Arabs had they not mentioned.

That’s an interesting question, as my Palestinian friend who lives in Europe refers to her home as Israel and says “We are going to Israel this summer”. She sometimes also says “Israel/Palestine”.

I used to work guy together in a shop in the United States that speaks Arabic and Hebrew.
When he saw an Arab, he was Palestinian. When he saw another white man, he saying I'm a jews I was very surprised so I couldn't tell what he really is

I'm from Kuwait & I met a lot of Israeli Arab in Thailand, Madrid.

when I or other Arabs asked them where you from?
They reply immediately from Palestine 😁

But when they speak with non Arab specially those who are in Europe, their answer is from Israel 😅

Actually I have Israeli Arab friends traveled from Israel to Australia then they travel again to Middle East to visited me in Kuwait but with their Australian passports 😁

What I understand from my Arab Israeli friends, they don't mind to say they are from Israel but the main problem to them is when non Israeli thinks that country is for Jews only.

As a Muslim woman, I can say I am offended by your written comment at the end of the video. It is extremely ignorant and insulting. It is no problem in our religion to film but you need to respect if a woman does not want her picture taken or video taken. It is just human decency. Please do not write insulting comments. It would help if you stop and listen to understand us instead of throwing stereotypes at us.

I used to work aboard in sales. Me being a tall white Russian Israeli, people never guess me for a Jew/Israeli.

During my work I would meet many Arab Israeli tourists and strike up a conversation with them, just for fun, never revealing my true identity.
10/10 times they would identify themselves as Arab Israelis and tell me they’re from Israel.
