Halloween Harley Quinn Hair Tutorial with Hair Extensions | Milk + Blush

The Harley Quinn look is set to be huge this Halloween so join me in this Halloween Hair Extension Tutorial as I recreate Margot Robbie’s red and blue pigtails from ‘Suicide Squad’. I am using hair chalk in this video so as not to permanently change the shade of my Milk + Blush Hair Extensions. The result is, as you can see, pretty effective. I had so much fun making this video.
