How to Find a Undervalued Stock - Check This Before Buying a Stock | PE ratio on Steroids 🚀

In this video, we discuss how assets can be undervalued, overvalued, or fairly valued, and the importance of valuation metrics in stock investing. Using examples like TVS Motors, Maruti, and Ashok Leyland, we delve into the Price-to-Earnings (PE) ratio and its limitations. We introduce the Price/Earnings to Growth (PEG) ratio, which considers the growth rate of a company's earnings, providing a more comprehensive valuation metric. PEG ratios below 1 indicate undervaluation, while those above 1 suggest overvaluation. We emphasize the need for thorough research and long-term tracking of investments, noting that factors like cash flow and sector-specific metrics also play crucial roles.
